Services // Consulting

SaaS development consulting that ends in a written plan.

An architecture and delivery review by the engineers who would build it, producing findings, options and costed next steps you can execute with or without us.

Scope

A read of the system, not a sales motion.

SaaS consulting services often produce a deck. Ours produces a document an engineer can act on: what the current architecture does under load, where the structural risks are, which options exist, and what each one costs.

The review covers the decisions that are expensive to reverse — tenancy, identity, data model, integration strategy, release process — and it is carried out by the same engineers who would do the implementation work.

You can execute the plan with your own team. There is no obligation to buy build capacity, and the findings are yours.

Who this is for

  • Teams whose product slowed down or became risky to change
  • Companies deciding between rebuilding and refactoring
  • Leaders who need an independent read before committing budget
  • Products preparing for enterprise security review
Problems // What we remove

The failures this work is meant to end.

Unclear root cause

Symptoms get treated repeatedly because nobody has measured the actual ceiling. The review starts with benchmarks, not opinions.

Rebuild-or-refactor deadlock

Both options sound plausible without numbers attached. We cost them both and state which one we would choose and why.

Plans nobody can execute

Recommendations without sequencing or cost are shelf-ware. The output is an ordered, costed plan.

Capabilities // What we build

Engineering scope, stated plainly.

SaaS architecture consulting

Tenancy, data model, dependency map and failure behaviour assessed against how the product is actually used.

  • Tenancy and isolation assessment
  • Schema and lineage review
  • Load and failure-mode benchmarking

SaaS product consulting

A review of plan structure, entitlement enforcement and onboarding against the revenue mechanics they support.

  • Entitlement and billing consistency check
  • Activation path review with instrumentation gaps identified
  • Release process and scope discipline

Delivery plan

The deliverable: findings, prioritised risks, options with trade-offs, and a sequenced plan with cost ranges.

  • Written findings, not a slide deck
  • Options costed, including doing nothing
  • Sequencing your team can execute independently
Process // How we work

A sequence, not a discovery phase.

01

Framing

The decision you need to make, and what evidence would settle it.

02

Access

Read-only review of code, schema and operational metrics.

03

Measure

Benchmarks run against the real workload, not a synthetic one.

04

Report

Findings, risks and costed options in writing.

05

Walkthrough

A working session with your engineers on the plan.

Questions // Direct

Answered without a call.

How long does a review take?

It depends on system size and access; the duration and price are fixed in writing before we start.

Do we have to hire you afterwards?

No. The findings and plan are yours to execute however you choose.

Will you talk to our engineers?

Yes. The review is done with your team, and the final walkthrough is a technical session, not a pitch.

Can you review an unbuilt system?

Yes — pre-build architecture review is the cheapest point at which to change tenancy and data model decisions.
