When you submit a specification or book a briefing we collect the details you send us: name, work email, company and the description of your project. We do not buy contact data or run third-party ad tracking on this site.
How we use it
Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, prepare a written specification and price, and keep a record of the engagement. We do not sell or rent them.
Where it lives
Customer deployments run in the Canadian or US region named in the contract, single tenant, never co-mingled. Enquiry data is held on the same footing.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by contacting us. Customers can export their data in open formats at any point, without a fee.
